fastLine Gas sensors
The fastLine gas sensors product line is specifically designed for ultra-fast gas measurements and minimum response times. Up to 4 gases can be measured simultaneously in 2 optical gas measuring cells.

The Gassensor V3 platform
The fastLine sensors are based on the Gassensor V3 Platform. They share a unique concept for measuring various gases and concentrations with the shortest possible response time.
By compensating the gas measurement with various meteorological parameters, the Gassensor V3 platform blurs the boundary between a gas sensor and a gas analyser.

The gas measurement cells – for any gas and concentration
1 or 2 measurement cells with 2 measuring channels each can be deployed per gas analyser. Each of the measurement cells are optimised for the gas to be measured and the its gas concentration.
In consequence, each measurement cell can be configured as a single-beam or dual-beam sensor with reference compensation.

Full pressure and temperature compensation
The platform V3 includes gas temperature and pressure sensors. This enables the analyzer to compensate temperature and pressure effects to gas concentration measurements.
Minimal sampling flow required
The gas analyzers are designed for side-stream application, where a sampling flow from the main stream is sampled.
Only a minimal flow of 0.5 slm is required to meet the specified response time T90 of 150 msec.
Optional auxiliary sensors
Other non-infrared gassensors for gases such as O2, H2O, VOC or others may be integrated optionally within the gas analyzer.
Robust enclosure
The standard aluminium enlosure protects against EMI interferences and environmental influences.
Industrial and OEM options for fittings and connectors
There are options between secured fittings and connectors for harsh environments or cost optimzed OEM interfaces.
